Service Description

Telehealth for California, New York, New Jersey, and all Hawaiian islands. Telehealth and/or in-person for Maui residents. Modalities include but not limited to: Restorative yoga for mental health and pain management Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Mindfulness (MBSR) and Trauma Informed Care Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy (hypnotherapy is a technique used to access a deep, natural state of relaxation, which allows for a release of stress and letting go of ruminating thoughts)
