Service Description

This restorative yoga class incorporates meditation, breath work, and mindfulness for a deeper level of relaxation that will enhance your well-being. I incorporate exercises from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) into our warm-ups and use positive thinking from hypnotherapy to enhance your physical and mental balance. I tailor each session to your goals. This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Take this class in the comfort of your own home for an additional charge of $20.
